When I first started my weight loss journey 2 1/2 years ago I only got on it once a week. Only when I hit my "goal" last year did I start steppin on every day. I LOVED seeing the low numbers...now..it just frustraights me..but im with everyone else..if my goal weight is lower evertime one of the challenges start, half the battle is over-right?! This is a tough 5 pounds to drop. I was sort of off plan the past couple days. To many nuts and sneaky carbs, still no bread or taters, but sneaky carbs. The ones that are in my protein snacks and drinks. Wasn't feeling great yesterday. Thought that I was getting my DH cold. Stayed home from class today and slept in. Felt good. Feeling better, but TOM is lurking.

Sometimes we see that as a "downer" but I see it as a lil stall before a swoosh!! Mothermavis-I have your back...down with the weekend gains. Only prob here is that my on year anniversary with my bf is on sunday :love: and he is taking me out to dinner on Saturday...I want to enjoy myself, but I also don't want to blow it. :rolleyes: Sunday is also the one year anniversary of my first 5K...I plan on doing that by myself that morning just a "I can still do it" kind of thing. Lets hear it for weekends and a loss on Monday!! :carrot: |
