I didn't even get a chance to join the last challenge! We went on vacation (it was awesome!) so I am up a little. I've lost a pound of what I gained, hopefully the rest will come off soon.

side note-why is it that every time i weigh in the day after a run-i gain? Not a big one, just enough to not be a loss...I know i need to keep at it, and sooner or later I will start to see a loss...i already drink a bunch of water..maybe more-and more consistantly :^: is the answer?

Salty, slightly off-plan supper sent me up a bit, so nothing worth reporting here. I'll weigh tomorrow and report.

plainsgirl-Try to drink more consistently throughout the day and get (at the VERY least) 75 oz of water. I don't get a gain at all after I run, so I'm not sure why it's happening for you, but everybody's bodies react differently to things. Just keep up the good work and it'll all fall into place.
