Update from me again! Ok so I've still been a piggy lately and a complete couch potatoe because of my toe but it feels good enough that I'm going back to the gym tomorrow after work yay! They added a couple of new yoga classes and an extra spinning class so I'm excited to get back into it again. It's also great that even though I still can't run I feel safe doing spinning, walking, yoga, and weights for now. TTYL!

I did 5 miles today. I walk/jogged it. Took me about 1 hr. 6 min. It was my last chance workout before weigh-in tomorrow. I am hoping it did some good.

Mtig- WTG on the wog!!!

JCat- I usually have probs with sleep just before TOM. Drives me crazy. I am a sleep diva!

I did C25K W4 D2 outdoors this a.m. It was a lot harder than on the tread and I felt like I was going a lot slower. Went to kickboxing tonight. Hopefully, all that going will off set all the bad eating this weekend!

Good evening my friends. I wish I had the energy for a last ditch effort for w/i tomorrow.

I've done pretty good today as far as extra laps, but DH made mmm burritos for dinner. . . .MMMM they were good.
