I am re-starting a running program today (well, I did run monday which could totally account for the water weight gain yesterday..). I ran my first 5K on October 4th of last year (which is the date that I met my fiance. long but wonderful story). At that time I was running 3-4 times a week getting ready for the race. The last few months have been dismal to say the least. My endurance is wacked. I found this 10-week training thing on runnersworld.com yesterday. I am going to start with week 3 or 4 cause I can run for about 5-7 minuntes without stopping. Its just when I run for way too long, pushing myself, that I feel like I am going to die! lol...in some ways i feel like i am restarting. which is scary.

Did you steal that outfit from your daughter? Look at you getting so tiny...I see your getting comfy in those 170's. It always makes me feel better when I'm a pound under the new decade.
I think I would break into little pieces if it showed a gain today.
