  • How often should I weigh myself? I usually stay off the scale until my WW WI. Should I weigh myself everyday and post results here?

  • Sylv - It's totally up to you! Some of us like the accountability of weighing each day, others like to only weight once a week, etc. You have to do whatever works for you. I personally weigh myself daily, but Fridays are my "official" weigh-in. I find that knowing I will step on the scale each day it keeps me a little more accountable to my actions.
  • I agree Barb. Weighing everyday keeps me on track, but I only count Monday's weight on my Fitday stats. Plus it's so nice ot see those numbers slide down (hopefully) every morning.
