Managed to do a proper abdominal work out from some CD from the same guy that does the P90X stuff. 6 minutes long but much more than I had been doing. Also am counting my failed attempt at Week 8 day 1 since I attempted it and went out there and did it instead of skipping it.

Tummy Girl, I notice you do the P90X, I've heard great things about it and have been curious about it but since I live on the second story of an apartment I'm afraid to get it in case it has me jumping around and making to much noise for the downstairs neighbors.

Does it have a lot of jumping or pounding motions in it that would be noisy for people living below me?

Hey Ladies!! Tomorrow I am going to get serious about losing this weight. I used to post pretty regularly on this forum back a couple years ago and got to slacking in more way than one, so some weight is back one. I am going to do small goals at a time, but I would love to be apart of your challenge. I realize that September is almost over so I guess I am wondering if you all do an October challenge?
