    I finally braved the scale yesterday and discovered I maintained through the chaos of houseguests and my son's Bday. Then today I was down a pound. Today is my one year anniversary of deciding to get healthy! I am down 114 pounds since last Aug 1!

Each day I keep you, Lori, Mtiger (and all you other ladies that have made big changes in your lives) in my thoughts as I go day to day. Knowing each day is a step forward and never back unless you let it. Regular every day people lose weight! There is no special tools other than the drive to do it and keep at it. Slipping doesn't mean the end... only a reminder that as humans we sometimes fall. Only staying down will keep you from reaching your goals. We can all do this ladies...ONE STEP AT A TIME
