I have been struggling, some days eating as much as 60 points. I found last week when I started this challenge, that even though I still overate, I did much better, knowing I was going to be reporting it here.
Join me if you like. I will probably start this challenge daily for a while. If anyone beats me on here in the mornings, and it hasn't been started, feel free to start it. Believe me, I will follow this challenge no matter who starts it.

So I'm adding another goal to my list today.
). I love the fact I was very close to OP yesterday. My plan today is to eat under 1800 calories. So far I had 300 calories for breakfast. Yeah me, I did not eat the cookie that I was thinking about eating nor did I bring anything to munch on at work. However, I am probably going out for lunch today which could spell trouble. Good thing I have to report back to you so hopefully I will be good and not disappoint myself.
Good for you for sticking to your detox plan. That must be challenging but it will be worth it in the end.
