Still here kiddo. Day Four has been a good day to me. Here are my results: God First;) 72oz water:) 15 min of exercise:) All required veggies:):) All required fruits:):) Stayed posititve:):):) Was kind:):) And now I RELEASED 2.6POUNDS THIS WEEK!!!!!:carrot::carrot::carrot: Your CHALLENGES are helping me the important stuff. Thanks:hug: Oh and my new bathing suit arrived today, it is pretty. Now just get the nerve to put it on all head for the pool. Attempting that this weekend/;) Later kiddo, AGs |

Well day five is over and I did pretty good I kept God first:) only 64oz of water today:( 15 min of exercise:) all fruits required:) all veggies required:( I will do better with veggies next challenge) stayed positive:):) was kind to others:) Ready for challenge number SIX!!!;);) Not to worry Trace, will be do better next one.
