5 Day Challenge#5
Hi Challengers,
I am starting another week challenge.WOW 5weeks already! The summer is flying!Anyone that wants to join is welcome. You just have to decide what your goals are for the week,and check in here,every day to see how you did. I find this easier than keeping a journal.I also log my cal.,water,exercise. What ever helps makes this journey easier!:) |
My goals for the week are:
Not over1,300 cal. Water at least 50 oz/per day Exercise: At least 25 min. on elliptical |

You know I am in, I have been ready and a waitin'. God First:):) 80 oz of water:carrot: 15 min of exercise:carrot: stay positive and focused:cool: 4 servings of fruit:carrot: 4 servings of veggies:(only got in three servings) I will do better tomorrow;) Know I now that I am posting late therefore I have results for day one. today was was okay, I made it thru my shift but I have to say I was so happy when it was over. Now I get a day off, work Friday, which will be an easy day, work Saturday which will be a beast and off on Sunday. One more week of this standing all eight hours. Ouch! I am beliving God will bring me thru it. As for today: God First 72oz of water (not quite the 80oz I wanted) 15 min of exercise All required fruits and veggies Try to stay as positive as I could Was kind to others Will try to do better tomorrow Love ya girl Let's get this done babe. Still here kiddo. Day Four has been a good day to me. Here are my results: God First;) 72oz water:) 15 min of exercise:) All required veggies:):) All required fruits:):) Stayed posititve:):):) Was kind:):) And now I RELEASED 2.6POUNDS THIS WEEK!!!!!:carrot::carrot::carrot: Your CHALLENGES are helping me the important stuff. Well day five is over and I did pretty good I kept God first:) only 64oz of water today:( 15 min of exercise:) all fruits required:) all veggies required:( I will do better with veggies next challenge) stayed positive:):) was kind to others:) Ready for challenge number SIX!!!;);) Not to worry Trace, will be do better next one. We will hold each other up and do this thing together:hug: By the way, I got my new bathing suit and it is very pretty.:):)Now just gotta put it on!!! Love Ya, Ags |
