Well day 5 is not looking so hot today. The only time I have to get in the pool for my exercises and we get thunder and lightning storms. Oh well at least I'm accomplishing all my other challenges. I can't mess with Mother Nature, right!

I am here bright eyed a bushy tailed and ready to list my progress for the 5th day of the challenge. God First:carrot: 64 oz of water:carrot: stayed within my points:carrot: 10 minutes of exercise:carrot: ate all of my fruits and veggies:carrot: stayed positive:carrot: All goals completed:carrot::carrot: I do believe the reason for my increase was due to sodium and the heat:(. I must remember anything I consume that was not hand prepared my me, and came out of a box will contain more sodium than I should intake, thus I will prepare all of my foods;). WOW, I guess that will be one of my next challenge's goal:carrot:. WOW, was that 5 days already?
Of all my challenges I only missed one and that was due to Mother Nature. I drank my 64 oz. of water everyday. Probably more. Remembered my HCTZ & BP meds everyday and watched sodium levels. My exercise was doing well until friday. It was a day of thunder & lightning storms all day. Looks like more of the same today. Let me know when the next challenge is, I'm in. Guardrails Up! :yay: to everyone who completed the challenge!Even if I don't do everything perfect this challenge makes me more aware of what I should be doing,and I am more conscious of my eating,and exercise.
