Mornings are not my thing. We have three alarms on two different cell phones and an alarm clock that need to go up for us to wake up in the am (7 alarms total). Ooof.

Hop right on board! Will be glad to have you! Are you trying to get a morning exercise habit going or just get out of bed earlier?

I had a guest last weekend and turned off the tv alarm I had set before. That one I have to get up and turn off. One day I did a 180 and went right back to to bed but the other days it was working. Need to reset that tonight.

I've been getting up at 5:30 to go to the Y to swim before work. I hope to get there 6 days a week, including M-F. it's the M-F I have a problem with, as it's way earlier than I have to get up on the weekends. I've been quite good since I started (Saturday)- but the first few days are always fine for me, and then I just go down hill. I need to get up and get moving!

I'm definitly in.
I don't get up as early as some of you (there's a 4am? wow!). I've been getting out of bed about 9am. Its summer so I don't have to be up early to get my son to school but I'd still love to be up at 7am so I can work out before my kids get up (doing crunches with a 16month old baby using me as a bump n jump is NOT making the workouts any easier)!
My goal... up at 7am workout/shower done by 8am. When school starts I'll need to move this up 2 hours!

This thread has really helped get me moving.I did not exercise at all b4.I get to sleep later in the summer too!:yay:I don't think I was ever up at 4:00am in my whole life!

Got up, swam, came to work.

Tomorrow I get to sleep in by default. The Y is closed, so I can't get up and go swimming :). I'll exercise, but at home on my elliptical so it doesn't matter when I get up. However, given my pattern up waking up before 6:00am - I think sleeping in my only be until aroun 7:30. Ha.

I'm up...an hour later than I'd really like but still a solid 90 min before I absolutely had to get up which is when I'd normally get out of bed so I'll take it! Need to work in 45-60 min worth of exercise today. Cloudy and threatening rain right now so not sure when I'll do it but I will.

Got a 40 min walk in...whew, got so sweaty I had to shower again. That's why I need to walk in the morning!

Didn't get up until 7:30 :( but am headed out for my hour walk route right now. Going to cheer for the little bike parade and then head out.

Didn't wake up until 11:00. Oooof. I had panned on taking the day off b/c the Y is closed anyway, so it's not like it derailed my plans... but still ooooof.
