Day 4
It's about 2 p.m. All okay so far. Thursday is the day I have my very tough weight training session with the squats and other exercises that are hard for me. I have a session on Tuesday also, but for some reason the exercises that day are a little easier -- not easy, mind you, but at least I can breathe :o. I always have to eat extra carbs before the training because your muscles use glucose, and it's a slower process to get glucose from fat. (It can be done in regular life or normal exercise like cardio--that's how we lose weight--but heavy weight training needs glucose NOW and only carbs provide that.) Because I am on a low-carb plan, I found I have to eat my carbs in the morning or I am very weak. Anyway ... weight training went fine. Calories on target for today. I slept 7 1/2 hours last night even though I woke up quite a few times but that is better than I have been. I'll check in tonight. Go to the Gym every day - saw my personal trainer today where he kicked my butt - check! Go to bed by 10 p.m. so I can sleep 8 hours - plan to go to bed by 10 p.m. - check! _____ |
Day 4 at 3:30. Did good this week, glad tomorrow is Friday. Looking forward to my weakend challenge. I have already lost the 3 lbs I put on last weakend when I lost control.:D Thank God

Hey everyone! :wave: Glad to hear everyone is still doing pretty good and hanging in there. I can't believe day 4 is almost over! I just can't believe that tomorrow is day 5 and the last day of the challenge. WOW! Went by faster than I thought it was going to. I weighed in on Monday at 267.4 and today at 263.4 so I have lost 4 pounds so far!
Fridays are usually where I screw up. Something about the weekend and then I feel like I have to eat out all the time....BUT not this weekend...I'm gonna try to stay on plan and keep losing! So far I'm on plan for everything... Food - :yes: Exercise - :yes: Water - :yes: |

Although I did good yesterday, I did not eat enough. So,I got up in the middle of the night, and ate 9 slices of cheese,with a ton of crackers! NEW DAY!I will do better today.However, even w/that big binge I still lost! :goodluck:to everyone! |

Hey everyone! :wave: I can't believe it is Friday already! It is amazing how fast 5 days can go by...then a month...then half a year....it just goes to show if we stick with things and only splurge occasionally then we can really do this in no time at all!!!
I'm looking forward to a good day 5 on plan! I have lost 5.5 pounds already this week :fr: I can't believe it! Sooo...here is to a good day 5 everyone :hug: |

Day 5 - Woo Hoo!
It's about 11 a.m. I am on track with my calories thus far. Haven't been to the gym yet, but plan to go about noon. Will check back in tonight. I have done really well this week. Congrats to everyone who has lost mega-amounts of weight thus far (Ags -- Tracy -- Melissa).
