Well, I'm back. Again.
After a few weeks of not being able to run due to a foot injury after I did my 10K, and too many birthdays - I found myself up to 142 a couple of weeks ago!!! Luckily most of that went in the first few days, so it was a fake gain, but I have still worked very hard over the last two weeks to get it back down to 134.4 as of this morning. So I feel like I can show my face around here again finally. I really want to get to 126 by my holiday in August and it is less than 1 lb a week so if I don't fall off the wagon any more I think I might just do it.
