    Woo hoo! I did it! ST'ing 3Xs a week, HIIT 3Xs a week and a day off every week!! I met all of my June Exercise Goals!!

    Seriously ladies, I am in shock! Before I joined you girls I was struggling to get my workouts in--now, here I am, 2 months later and I'm still going strong! I KNOW I couldn't have made it this far without you all! Seeing everyone busting their heinies to make thier goals--what could be more inspiring than that? Not to mention all the fun and support and encouragement you give! I can't thank you enough!!

    Thank you for another wonderful month!!! I am now ramped up and ready for July!!! Woo hoo!!!

  • Jacqui on getting goal! FSA, I better see your butt over there in the July challenge. Just start with small leaps this go around. And just for kicks..I'm gonna add a few in here as well. And Sandye on making your goal and to MsP, Jacque, NSM, Tummy, Le, and all the other chicks up there that met their goals.

    To all the other chicks who didn't make goal. You still did accomplish a goal, you stuck with a routine exercise program and that is indeed something to be proud of.

    For my last post in this thread I thought I'd share my good news. Yay! I finished the first week of C25K!! It's been fun to get started back into "running", but I know it'll get tough as I get farther into it. You awesome ladies will keep me on track next month, though. I'm counting on it!

  • I did it! I didn't think I would - but I did.
    I am happy I did. I went home yesterday and got in the 30 min I figured I would be short. It actually made me feel better - and then I made a bellini or two... wasted my hard work, but at least I exercised lol.

    Oh my, I am loving the elliptical, but I find it shocking every time I use it, lol! It just kicks my butt! I am up to 10 minutes at a time on it now and I just do it multiple times! Hopefully it will help me peel away some pounds and inches in July!!
