Lene ~ Let's do this girly! I have a problem with keeping with my Strength training, so this month I really need you guys to push me to actually do it and do it on a regular basis! I need to tone this flab up that I'm losing. So Lene it's on! Get your shoes on, we are gonna bootcamp it out with exercise this month. Hoorah!!! I just crack me up sometimes.
I want to lose 11 pounds to hit ONEderland! I'm really gonna FIGHT for it this month! I'll have to weigh myself on Sunday and see how much I've lost for the month of May.
I really enjoy this thread and the exercise thread. I agree that the ladies in these 2 threads are dynamite!
Ja23 ~ We don't have a specific weekly weigh in, I think we mostly just keep each other updated on our weight loss throughout the weeks, and some of us check in daily and just chit chat...but most importantly we just get and give support. Welcome!

This is my first time for the monthly challenge, but I really think it'll help me stay accountable. Just added exercise to my routine, so I'll shoot for 10 pounds in June and be like everyone else! Plus, 10 pounds from now will be my magic number, the lowest I've been able to get in 2 years!
Hi! I'd love to join. I'd like to get down to 123 or 125, right now I am 133! So 8-10 lbs. Going on vacation June 30th so 123 would be great, leaving me about 2 pounds to gain on vacation without freaking out!!

THis month we start our new month on a Monday! I think we started last month on a friday, it was a weekend day. Anyhow, I plan to have my groceries and meal plans in place. I will probably head over to the market tomorrow and then I will need to go again mon. or tues. Have a great day all : ).
FSA you are getting a head start eh? I really need to plan my meals out, that way I might actually get those calories in, but then again, I hate forcing myself to eat.
