Well, I am still here!
I upped my exercise to 160 min cardio per week because I needed the kick start. I have a mini goal to get off 14 lbs for work by mid July. (When we get rescreened for out benefits) The hospital system give us so much money off for how much we weight, our cholesterol and glucose, non-tobacco use, etc. I am gonna get down to where I need to get that $15 off for just being overweight. When I get to normal wt, I will get $25 off! I am super psyched and got that goal to work for. Still working on the food, but Getting where I need to be. |

Jacque - I can't wait to be where you are right now....I just want to feel comfortable in public in a swimsuit...or being intimate with my husband....I don't care if I every wear a bikini...I just want to feel good and look good! Maybe someday I will wear one though...who knows ;) Delphi - How's it going so far today? Diary - I'm sure that increasing your cardio will give you exactly the boost you are needing...just stick with it :D So....I am for sure feeling the benefits of living healthier (i.e. eating healthier and exercising) even after just 3 days. I have so much more energy in the morning....plus I'm so happy to see the scale going down for a change. It sure has been a long time! Hope everyone has a wonderful day. :D |
So today I'm pouting. I've been soooooo on plan this week, calories and exercise and it doesn't look like I'm going to loose much (if any) at all. Just a little aggravating. I'm going to be extra good today and maybe tomorrow the scale will be good to me. It's just disappointing to be on plan and nothing. Grrr... Well off to exercise.

Mel ~ Doing well chicky! POP and enjoying life. I'm so proud of you for sticking to your plan and see what happens when you do. Your smiling, kiddo and losing those pounds. Now, just keep at it and don't let anything stop you this time around. Remember, do not let circumstance dictate the outcome of your days sweetie.

I've done terrible this week, I've only exercised twice this week, very little water, and lots of points. I'm going to get refocused and get it going again.

Good morning everyone :wave: Just wanted to pop by and say a quick hello. This has been a WONDERFUL on plan week for me so far. I have lost 5.5 pounds so far this week.....and hopefully I will lose more by the time I weigh in on Monday...

Glad you're doing well Melissa. I'm here to report that I did manage to loose a half lb. So it wasn't a no loss week (thankfully). I've also decided to switch up my eating habits, I'm going to eat the meal plan that sparkpeople recommends for my calorie range a week and see how that goes. I'm going to experiment and see if this works better. They recommend a lot more carbs (but good carbs) than what I'm used to eating, but at least it's a change of pace and my meals for the entire week is planned out.

As for me, another groovy day and down another pound. Lovin' it! Though I must say the exercise portion is what I really enjoy about this new "lifestyle"...I feel so empowered. Well, you ladies have a groovy day and I'll check in later. |
Thanks, Mel, I managed to maintain afterall. I hope Enygirl is ok, she usually has reminded us to pm our weigh ins. Which I'm doing now.
