GW 147.4 Just back from vacation and I managed to show a major gain. I thought I ate pretty well, so am hoping it's mostly water. ***I just went back to look, I thought I was less than 145 when we left, wishful thinking, I was 148.0, so I am only up 4.5, hoping for lots of water off in the next few days. (the scale showed 159 when I got home Saturday at Midnight, that did not help me sleep!!) |

OK - after a week and a half of not logging my calories, Easter and going away for a few days and eating pub food, I am back, almot 5 lb heavier!! Eeek!!

One pound lost = 20 per cent of the goal. My biggest pitfall is having to journal. It's a pain. I also quit smoking. So right now I am motivated about my health. Feeling OK, but got a sinus cold at the same time. I cooked a turkey so I am going to make soup today to keep in the freezer.
