Hey everyone,
I was wondering if I could join in. I can't lose 25 lbs by then... but I am looking to lose at least 8. I know it's a little late in the game, but I met my Memorial Day goal of 10 lbs today, and I was looking for a 4th of July challenge to join
135 lbs is the weight I was in high school when I met my now-husband. Also, 135 is a big milestone because my husband weighs 136... and in the 8 1/2 years we have been together, I have NEVER weighed less than he does. He's 5'3". I would really like to know what it is like to weigh less than my man does, lol. Also, on the 4th, my entire family (including aunts, uncles, cousins, etc) are all renting a big house on Cape Cod. There will be lots of time on the beach... I want to have progressed more by then. So, we'll see how it goes.
I did my HIIT and some weight lifting today. I gotta shower now and make some lunch. Onward and downward!
