  • Nope haven't seen her at all. Shes on a couple other challenge I'm in and I haven't seen her there either. Maybe shes having computer problems or taking some time away from the scale...My top two reasons from staying away from this site
  • Hi everyone! I'm here!! Just super busy the last week and a half. My weight has gone up this week It was my 3 year wedding anniversary this last weekend, and we went to Lake Tahoe to celebrate. I was off my diet those couple of days, and now I'm paying! This week I'm back to being "good".

    Thanks for the concern everyone! It is much appreciated to know you all care!!

    I have some great news!! I weighed in this morning, and I'm down to 163. Yippee!! I guess this weeks hard work is paying off. Sorry for being such a debbie downer yesterday! I was just really upset with myself for letting myself be naughty last week.


    Lets end this week right!! Keep on yourselves to stay with your weight loss plan!!! WE CAN DO IT!!!
  • Hey everyone,

    I was wondering if I could join in. I can't lose 25 lbs by then... but I am looking to lose at least 8. I know it's a little late in the game, but I met my Memorial Day goal of 10 lbs today, and I was looking for a 4th of July challenge to join 135 lbs is the weight I was in high school when I met my now-husband. Also, 135 is a big milestone because my husband weighs 136... and in the 8 1/2 years we have been together, I have NEVER weighed less than he does. He's 5'3". I would really like to know what it is like to weigh less than my man does, lol. Also, on the 4th, my entire family (including aunts, uncles, cousins, etc) are all renting a big house on Cape Cod. There will be lots of time on the beach... I want to have progressed more by then. So, we'll see how it goes.

    I did my HIIT and some weight lifting today. I gotta shower now and make some lunch. Onward and downward! Good luck everyone... you are doing great so far!

    For some reason my weight stalled all last week. Maybe my body was revolting against the new exercise routine. Or my calorie intake was too low. Plus it was TOM. I was at 209 for days...

    On the C25K running plan now. And healthy eating. I am logging my calories, but not counting them really, just want to get an idea what I take in. I am not restricting me in any way. It has to be a long term change now. And forever.
