5lb Challenge #58
Okay I *think* I won the last thread so I am going ahead and starting this one :)
I copied this from the last challenge. Hope no one minds :) Everyone is welcome, hop in at any time. We're out to lose 5 pounds. No matter where you're at in your weight loss, it's helpful to break down your loss into small goals like these. Here's what to do: Just post your SW (starting weight) as of today, your CW (current weight) which is whenever you weigh in and your GW (goal weight) which is five pounds down from the day you joined in. Weigh in whenever you like and come tell us about it! You can weigh in as often as you like - some of us do it everyday, some once or twice a week. I completely forgot to weigh this morning until after breakfast, so I didn't bother! I even took my scale with me to my sister's house (spent the night there after babysitting). At least I didn't forgot to bring it home with me :) So I guess I'll have to go with a start weight tomorrow.

I didn't weigh today. Family is in town all week and we'll be traveling. It's going to be a challenging food week, but my brother and I are hitting the gym so exercise is good. We'll be spending the next 2 days walking around NYC. I'll catch up with everyone soon! :) |
