Girls, I found one of the pounds I lossed! ugh, I am rather sure it is water, as my rings are tight, and I had a lot of salty stuff yesterday. Hopefully it won't stay long!

I weighed in yesterday and jumped on the scale again this morning (i know I shouldn't). I don't know what Im doing or how Im doing it but I'm down 1.5 pounds.
