    Guess I haven't been here in awhile, hope I can still pop in every once in awhile. I was on the 49th challenge (I think) last time I was on.

    I am still plugging away..had a few days where I was away from home and I slipped up..but I am back on track. My weight is 177 and when I post I can see what my 5lb. goal is?? I forget. LOL.

    I lost 3.4 lbs on the last challenge! I’m very happy with that.
