  • Go figure, the day after I say none of my friends are around, dh and i get invited out for dinner tonight! It's a homemade meal, from a guy who's on atkins, so hopefully there will be a bunch of tasty tasty protein available. The real kicker is i'm going to provide the bubbly~! I love wine shopping, but if it's sweet, I can only have one glass of it... and i only like sweet wines.

  • Good evening ladies. I have not had a lot of time to post this week so sorry I have not made it till now. I started my exercise routine today and I weighed this morning so I think I am on track so far.

  • Hi I'd like to join in this group. I am a very very slow loser- so a small goal is logical for me. I'm journaling since Monday and just need to get back into to exercising. I did a 5 day 400 km bike ride in Nov, so I had alot of training for that. But since then I haven't been motivated. Look forward to being around on this challenge.

    Hi Everyone!

    I started on WW this past Monday and I'm excited about what this year has to bring in my weight loss journey. This morning I got on the treadmill (I have one at home) for 15 minutes and lifted weights. It felt good doing this much. I can tell I don't get exercise because my legs hurt and my butt hurts!

  • Arg, so sad, but I have to drop out of this challenge for 6 weeks as i'm on the "love the skin you're in" challenge for G2009. My final weight is the same as my starting weight, but at least I didn't gain any more after a night of booze, friends, and fantastic food!
  • I did NOT weigh today, I need the sodium retention and the alcohol dehydration to settle out first.
