Awe Fauxtini...you're probably just retaining some fluids. Are you very sore?? Have you been drinking enough water?? I'm sure it's probably just one of those 2 things. I'm betting if i drink my water all week, like i have been so far today, i'll probably lose my first 5 pounds by friday. lol. Okay...maybe not by friday, but probably definately will lose one or two just from flushing out the fluids in my body that lack of water and too much sodium has stored there. Don't fret. I always gain a little when i work out too.

I second the need for more water...it's one of the things that actually feels great on my sore throat!

One thing I'm noticing ... I never drink enough water on the weekends. When I'm in my office, I have a 1/2 gallon container that I fill up first thing and then use to fill my cup throughout the day. I usually go through 2 full containers a day.
On the weekends, I'm moving around more, not in one place, and just forget to drink water. Or if I do drink something I drink diet soda. And so of course on Monday I weigh more. I gotta start drinking more water on the weekends. . |
all of you water retainers i have some advice that might help.
when i retain water i do 3 day flush. 96oz/ 104oz/96oz then back to what i normally drink and it works to flush out any water your body might be holding on to. just some help hope it works |
