Hi Everyone. I'd like to join your challenge. Unfortunately, I don't know what i weigh right now. I have refused to get on the scales because I haven't excised in like.....FOREVER!!! Lost my gym membership, had a bf move in and just kinda adjusting to family life with him and my small kids and teenager. So..yeah...a little about me. Been a member here for a few years now. I had lost 62 pounds. I was only 4 pounds from my goal weight of 130 when i stopped working out and stopped eating the healthy way i had been eating for the past year. Now, 9 months later, my size 4's still will go on but they are soooo definately snug now. Even my lose 6's are feeling way too comfy (or tight, depending on the cut).

With the new year coming, i definately want to see 134 again. I told the bf, come heck or high water, i was joining my gym again after the holidays.

So, today, i have been trying to incorporate some of my old, good, habits back. I am drinking much more water, i ate my banana as my morning snack and i have an apple and yogurt for my afternoon and ride home snacks (to tide me over while i cook dinner). I hope to find a way to start walking on my lunch break or something next week so i can get some exercise in during the day. I am going to do this again. I did it twice, I can do it a 3rd time. (One year I lost 30 pounds, quit excersizing, then the next year, which was last year, i lost the other 30 pounds, and quit excersizing.)

As soon as I find out what my weight is this weekend, i'll come back and post it...but it will probably be monday before i post it because i don't have internet at home.

Thanks for the welcomes. I really appreciate it. It feels like coming back home again. I'm really hoping when i go back to my class at the Family Y in January, it feels the same way. :-)

I just feel so motivated right now. I haven' felt this way in awhile. Maybe it really is time to finally jump back on the wagon.

OMG!!! I am about to freak out. I can't believe this. I just went and got on a scale in a sales managers office (mind you with jeans and sweater and tennis shoes on, a full lunch and a whole bottle of water in my belly) and i weighed in at 163!!!!! What????? I was down to 134 and now i gained 24 pounds???? Oh...well..that's 24 when i take the 5 pounds off for clothes and food and fluids!! OMG!!!!! Yup...it's time to cut back. right this instant.

LOL, I knew I had to fluctuate up a little soon. That's what I do. At least I'm laughing about it. But it was NICE to lose twice in a week. The last time that happened was 7 weeks ago.

now.. I did sleep in a little later than usual, so my morning weight may be a little off. Although.. I did start TOM yesterday too.. so maybe it will balance out? haha

Too much salt yesterday and not enough water. I ate tacos for dinner and I know that even my homemade low-cal ones are packed with salt. Today will be a fruit and veg heavy day, I think.

It's so funny seeing the tide swing this way on the thread, and then that way. Maybe it's just bias, because it's not like *everyone* gains at the same time, but it sure feels that way sometimes ;)

i know it, julie! I think we influence each other more than we even know on here. sympathy gaining? or losing at the same time.. or TOM at the same time.. haha crazyness! hehe
