New Couch to 5K Week 6
On to Week 6 on the new Couch to 5K program :carrot: I did Day 1 yesterday and am trying to increase my speed a bit. At this rate I will have the time down but won't have the distance. I plan to gradually increase my speed and will eventually get to the actual 5K distance :D
Anyone else still with me?? |
I'm just starting week 5! How did it go for you? I'm so scared for day 3!

I'm still here, but just now starting week 5. I got the flu last week and it threw me off a bit, but I'm going to try to jump back on where I left off and see how it goes. I'll do W5D1 tomorrow and I'll let you know how it goes. |

Just finished W5D1 and it was tough. I guess taking a week off really put me behind. I may just repeat day 1 again before moving on. I'm already off track so I don't guess it will hurt to restart slowly. I can't imagine doing a 20 minute run in the next couple of days.

Whew I got week 6 day 2 done yesterday morning. :carrot: Good work to the rest of us - just keep pluggin along and we'll get through the program! I am still not doing the distance they say but am doing the time. I'll build up my speed and distance over time.
