Hey girls - that's IT I'm joining you! i know that I'm going to have to make up some time since I haven't done ANY exercise AT ALL this month! I pulled my quad muscle late last month, and it's now to the point where I feel like I can get going again.
I'm going to start tonight with a mile long Leslie Video and see how I feel... I will catch up SOMEHOW and get my 50 miles done by the 30th!!! |

3.5 mile walk/jog this morning, bringing my total miles to 21.05/80. I'm more than 25% of the way to my goal so I'm happy about that...just gotta continue the trend.
Eny, you can still totally do 50 miles this month. I'm planning on doing 60 more miles this month myself. :) Great job everyone! Keep it up! :carrot: |
So i'm slacking already! I was going to do a mile last night - but it didn't happen. I need to get out of this exercise SLUMP that I'm in! AHHH!!! I'm annoyed with myself - BIG TIME!

WOW! I just want to say you are all so awesome! I am so motivated by your posts! I forced Myself to get on my ski machine tonight, because I wanted to keep up! I said just 20 minutes, and you will be able to log a mile......Well that turned into my hour! 3.9 miles for a total of 23/50 miles! THANKS
Eny, just start, and do 10 minutes, on easy/slow. Log partial miles... but just start, you can do it and it will make you feel soooo empowered. Good lucK |

**EDIT** Ok - i said I'd be back and here I am! I put together a playlist of songs that are all around 130 BPM (= 4mph) and I made it for 20 mins. (1.33 miles) so I at least started tonight. AND for the first time in a REALLY LONG TIME I jogged & walked them. When I got tired, I pushed myself to at least jog through the choruses. After that I made the playlist longer so that it's about a 1/2 hour. Still around 130 BPM so it'll be about 2 miles a night. After this week (depending on how the leg is doing) I'm going to up the BPM and then the length. It'd be INCREDIBLE to jog 6 MPH for a full hour! :yay: but baby steps here.... I don't want to push myself or get discouraged... and I surely DO NOT want to hurt my leg anymore! (it's a little tender right now.) Ok all - i'm off for the night... check you all in the morning! :yawn: |

:cheer: Everybody is doing fabulous. Even 1 mile is really good progress. It all adds up. Let's keep up the great work...Thanksgiving is only 2 weeks away from tomorrow and I for one do not want to resemble a turkey in any way, shape or form! :p
