But I haven't been on lately... I'm putting yesterdays weight as my start weight and todays weight as my current!

. I think sometimes we burn off fat, but it takes the body a while to adjust and dump the water, which sometimes happens all at once.
I didn't think it would be that hard to lose just a single pound! I've been gaining about .5 pounds a week now. 

I'm hoping that mines because I'm not eating enough! I just looked back over my journal (thanks Faux) and found that when I eat closer to 1400-1500 cals/day I lose more, and faster then when I'm at 1200-1300 cals/day. I've been at 1200 or just under for about 8 days now - and I'm working out EVERYDAY, rather then the 3xs a week I was doing. I think my body is in a mini-starvation mode. Which I don't get - since I have enough fat on me to live for like a bazillion years with out eating!
