Me TOO PLEASE! I want in! What a cool idea... i know I'm behind a few days since the start... and my last weigh in was on the 17th - so i'll post that as my starting weight, and start weighing in everyday with you! :) TOM's here right now, but should be gone tomorrow... along with a TON of water weight :crossed:

Still hangin in there. The weekend really was a toughie emotionally for me and that's my weakness. So I am up a pound.

My WI is tomorrow, so keep your fingers crossed that I'm down. I am hoping that I drop at least 3 lbs, that would make me reach my second goal of 10lbs. I think I can, I think I can :) :)

So since I'm new on this challenge - How often do you all weigh in? It seems that some are everyday, and some are not. Does it matter? I just want to "fit in" My official weigh ind ays are Fridays - but I weigh myself every morning anyhow. ;)

You can do it what ever way you want. As you have noticed, every body else does that too :). There is no official weekly weigh-in for the thread.

never weighed in this morning.. had a crazy day yesterday... still ate on plan and everything.. but slept in till almost lunch time. I had to get an iv of fluids yesterday at the hospital. not feeling well.. dizzy spells and fainting.. ( not due to food or exercise.. they are doing tests to find out0 so my weight is all messed up with water weight and whatnot. Hopefully my body will be back on track tomorrow and i will weigh in then :)
