I am actually the same this morning. JKS I went off plan slightly yesterday :( I had a bigger lunch and really nothing for dinner. I didn't have any water yesterday so I woke up this morning a little puffy. I am going to drink water today and get that cleared up. Plus TOM is right around the corner!

Jessica - I ate a little extra yesterday, so I worked out a little harder than usual. Also didn't have enough water, and when I got home from the gym I had that feeling where your skin feels too tight, does that make sense? So, long story short, I'm pretty sure I am retaining water too, and TOM is around the corner for me as well. SW: 149 CW: 150 (Gotta drink lots of water!) GW: 145 |
