Heh. Thank you, but as soon as you said that, I realized I put my starting and goal weights wrong! Still a loss, but only 0.5 lbs. :lol:

Today is cool with a 60% chance of showers. Feels nice, but it will back into the 80s and 90 during the week. I'm trying not to get my hopes up too high on the rain. I LOVE rain.

Went for a 6 mile bike ride with my kids today. Same weight today as yesterday. Here's hoping the bike ride pays off.

Just post your weight today ( SW)
and your goal weight for this challenge (GW) (5 pounds below your SW)
And your current weight is the weight that changes each day!

EX: for me

I was 263.4 at the beginning of the challenge
sw:263.4

I am 261.8 now
cw:261.8

the weight i need to be to be five pounds down and win the challenge is 258.4

gw:258.4

Hi losers!

I took a killer strength class yesterday. Tonight, during bedtime reading, I had to move my baby's head off my chest muscles b/c they are so tender. I feel bloaty even tho my cals are ok.

Anyway...

current 125.5 (that's this am.. now 8:45p, scale is very high... I think tomorrow will be up...not exactly sure why...will pound cups and cups of H2O starting now)
