Ok, seriously I have NO idea what happened. I ate some salty stuff this weekend and went a little over (my housemate came back from Phoenix visiting his parents and we had fajitas at Chilis), but I didn't pig out or splurge all weekend or anything like that.

But I'm *waaaayyyy* up.

SW: 162
CW: 166.4
GW: 157

ARGH.

It has to be sodium. I know I didn't drink enough water this weekend. But I'm so sad. I was below 160 and now ... now!! *weep*

So my pledge this week is that I will stay 100% on plan with eating and exercise, and drink lots of water. And for the love of all that's holy, hope that drops me back down to my beloved 159.

I'm sure it will shoot RIGHT back down. Sodium is a *$#@%! hehe Just guzzle that water down and sweat that salt out! :)

When you post your starting weight, just just means the starting weight for THIS challenge.. so...
sw: (the weight you were on the first day of THIs challenge
cw: The weight you are RIGHT NOW
gw: five pounds lower than your SW

Ok I weighed myself this morning and debated if I was going to post it or not today. I am way up! I didn't eat op allll weekend and it shows. Plus now I have my kids cold so I don't feel like doing much.

JKS and PHOTO......I am so with you guys....must stay on plan allllll week 7 days not 5!!! Lets see what we can do by monday! You with me?

Ok I'm new and just joined yesterday... I just dusted off my scale... yes it was very dusty and can't remember the last time I used it. I realize now I need to buy a digital scale tomorrow.

I know I'm late joining but thought I would anyway. Now I'm going to measure myself.

Longterm goal is 130 I think.
