I guess it's time to change my eating and exercising. I really want my 50 lost present to myself to be a trainer when I get settled into my new place. |

After my mega low of 139 on Tuesday, it jumped back up to 140 and has stayed there. But I hope to report a loss soon. |

I had waaaaayyyyyyyy too much salt last night, so I haven't stepped on the scale yet. But I have that puffy, tight feeling in my fingers and I can tell when I make a fist that I'm retaining water. I think it's lots of water for me today and a trip to the gym. . |

I got a new scale. Good news and bad news:
Good news: it's ACCURATE and precise and isn't a different weigh each time I step on it. BAd news: It says im like six pounds higher or more than what my old scale said. UG! |
Is it okay if I join in? I think I am lots better at keeping motivated if I think in small increments.
