Thanks Rmc. I know I need to up my fiber and water. Been lacking. I will keep on exercising only because I feel like I can't stop:carrot: The only other time I had this problem was after giving birth and well I understand why I had them then. Oh the joys of being a women and mother. I feel so sexy:doh:
Btw, I LOVE LOVE LOVE the word dweebiness! I guess because I am one;) |
I'm a bit older than you RMC, so maybe we will lose weight at close to the same rate.
as for the other.... those litte medicated pads seem to work well. if the thing is sticking out and you can gently push it back in a bit to take the pressure off that might help. an over the counter stool softener (the little gel capsule one) should help. Make sure you get close to 30 grams of fiber every day to keep your whole intestine working properly. This is just a symptom that all of the intestine is not getting enough fiber to work properly. Hope that helps. |
The first time I had a hemorrhoid, was when I was pregnant for the first time. That "baby" is 19 now, but I've been lucky that I've only been afflicted two or three times since!
wanting & crazy, you guys are inspiring me to gear up for a good month. We all started out in about the same spot, but you two seem to be cruising along while I'm taking my time. I don't want you guys to leave me in the dust!!! :) |
