I am feeling rather good that I've gotten in my workouts for this week. I'm trying to do at least 30m a day...about 300 cardio calories if I take it easy and about 500 if I push myself. I figure that allows for about 3 pounds a month. It's taking everything in me not to weigh in....and I won't do it until the 23rd! CW:118 GW:110 |

Hey there I am back in the challenge, hard to do one of these with no scale! So I weighed my self this morning and then had to recheck 4 times....

So almost there chickies how are you all doing? p.s. and I really trust this new scale since its the old fashioned kind anyone else feel this way? I had an electronic one with fat percentage on it but got tired of the flucuations due to water weight and it took forever to get your weight. |

Mothermavis - Don't sweat it....if you are doing the right things that scale will cooperate eventually (in the right direction ;) ) I didn't have time to look at everyone's posts since my last post....I will try to come back later....Hope everyone is hanging in there! Here's my info: SW: 237 CW: 234(-3) GW: 232 I did see 233 on the scale some this morning but it just wasn't consistant....soooo maybe it is a foreshadowing of what is to come tomorrow morning! I'm getting a nice little post TOM whoosh this week! :D |

it's late in the challenge but im putting my weight in. It's been two weeks and I havn't been completely on plan and a miracle had occured... i've lost almost 8 pounds since the last time I had a scale in my grips!
i've gone from 275.2 two weeks ago to 266.5! I can't believe it! hehe Anyway.. i'm starting back in OP today and here's my stats: sw:266.5 cw:266.5 gw:261.5 I'm liking this new scale.. hahaha I drew my feet on this scale so at least it would be accurate. changing scales makes me nervous.. but I will be sticking to this one for a while lol good going so far everyone!
