So I guess I read this wrong...I thought we were doing a 5lb gain challenge! No seriously I have been in a "I don't care mood" I have been eating anything I wanted and not caring! I need to get back on my game. I can feel the difference it makes in me when I am not eating and working out. I still can't wear my sneaks so the treadmill is going to have to wait but I can still eat better.

jessicaca - you can do it! Plan out your meals ahead of time so you know what to eat! And just make yourself exercise....even if it is to walk around the house a couple times or to the mailbox and back or up some stairs....or at the mall (but none of that food court food! LOL!)

Before you know it you will be back in the swing of things and losing weight again!
