    Kellybones:I was thinking last night.. I have all these random goals that's im proud of but I havn't thought of any rewards. So to answer your question.. Ive done nothing to celebrate.

    Jess: Remember that today is a new day. Everyone has bad days.. just dont let it hold you back today too. Even just go for a casual walk to clear your head. It works for me Anyway.. big hugs.. and I hope today is better for ya hun!

    I'm one pound away from being at exactly 100 pounds left to lose. I think Every ten from there I will give myself a little reward of some sort.. and at 50 lost a bigger one.. and at the 180 mark.. WAAHOOO A cruise would be nice.. lol wow.. i'm justrambing now.. lol

    Anyway.. my stats:

  • Yesterday I was end of TOM so very low weight. It went up today. But I did TWO workouts yesterday--the gym in the morning for and hour which included walking lunges, pull-ups, rowing machine, squats, and jump rope. Then went to swim in the adult fitness class last night--somewhere close to 2000 yards (swam for 1 hour,20 minutes). Still slow. The coach had us time ourselves last night as he does periodically. I swam 100 yards in 2 minutes, 40 seconds.

    Really slow, but faster than I was when I started (2 min, 55 sec.) Other swimmers down in the medium-fast lanes I was hearing times around 1 and a half minutes. I don't know what the fastest swimmers do. My goal is to get around 2 minutes--probably take me until Christmas at least!

    Anyway, everyone keep up the good work! It will show results eventually.

  • Mod: Swimming feels so good! The more you practise the faster you will be! Back in the day I was a lifeguard/instructor and swimming laps used to be my fave workout. Well.. a few years have gone by and i'm HORRIBLE at it now... I just started back in on swimming a week ago. We can do it!

  • Goodmorning!! I was down a tad this morning. I still havent worked out in a week now. I just don't feel motivated. I have had a tough last couple of days and I am trying to get myself out of this funk.
