I did change it... and then I changed it again... I like this one! :D
I ate pretty good today... a bit more then I'd like, but still with in range... so that's good. I'm going to shred in about an hour - after I get DD's last drawer done. We're going through getting rid of the too small stuff. :) Alright girls - Keep checking in! I've noticed we've lost a few here lately... and that's NOT good! :( IF YOU'RE LURKING COME BACK!!!!!! |
Hi!!!! I’ve been offline for a little while but I’ve still been keeping on track! Here is what I have been doing:
11.5 hrs/28 hours exercise 660/2000 crunches (I'll have to step this one up) 1.5lb loss /10 pound weight loss (step this one up too but I'm not complaining :D ) I love reading all your posts! You girls are extremely motivating! Thank you!!!! I would love to join the biggest loser challenge as well. Are there any sorts of restrictions? |
Eny - I like the new avitar....I liked the other one too!!! Good job sticking with the shred! How are the push ups coming? Are you still working on that?
leelily - I don't want to tell you wrong on the biggest loser challenge but I know where you can sign up and find more info.....on the main 3FC forum page go down to the exercise forums and the biggest loser is down there somewhere and there is a forum or something for the biggest loser challenge...you can sign up there and also there is a thread for frequently asked questions so you can read those and ask any questions you have! Good luck! |
Hi! My workout goes as I've planned so far. Did 30 Day Shred Level 1 today, wasn't even tired after :)... (except the push ups part..) Then I jumped rope for 25 minutes, I jump more and more intensive every time.
My weigh loss doesn't go so well so far.. I went down 2 pounds to 135, but then came TOM and I went up to 138,, haven't moved down yet, hopefully it's coming soon.. I am also joining the Biggest Loser Challenge. I was in the last one, in the black team that is gone now :(.. But I'm sure the other teams are great to :) Have a nice evening! |
New here, up for a challenge
Hi All,
I came across this forum while looking for WW meetings in my area. I am looking for some accountability! Hope it's okay if I jump in on this challenge nearly halfway through the month. My goal is to be at 136 by the last day of the month. I will accomplish this by continuing to do one hour of Pilates 2x per week, and walking for 30 minutes at least five mornings per week, and eating responsibly I'll be posting 3x per week and loosely planning my meals the evening before. Balance, peace, joy, plenty of sleep - check, check, check, and check! |
:welcome: Wonderwoman! Good luck on your weight loss!
I am very, very happy to say I ran for 30 minutes today. I was struggling with my 25 minute runs after my trip last week. I didn't do any hills which I think helped a lot. :carrot::carrot::carrot::carrot: theresia~ I bet you could easily do level 2 shred. I skipped right over the first one and I was okay starting on level 2, challenged for sure but okay. leelily~ great job staying on track, looks you're right on schedule for completing this bootcamp. penchick~Great job taking up less space. Squats are a killer but in an "oh so good, get your legs in shape" kinda way. I'm not losing on the scale but I tried on clothes yesterday and size 10's are getting too big on me. It seems like yesterday I was happy dancing in the fitting room because I could get into a size 10. (and I'm not kidding, I was really happy dancing :p) Great job Pen! |
Well Eny caught me- I've been lurking on this board for a while. This whole week I've just been crazy sleepy- no idea why. I'm going to bed at my normal time, getting up same time, haven't changed the diet or exercise. I'm teaching an extra class this week, but I don't think that would be enough to knock me totally off my rhythm.
Just found out my best friend is on week 3 of the hundred pushups program, so I'm thinking I may throw that in on my "off" days from couch 2 5 k. *yawn* back to work |
Hey Bootcamp Girls,
My husband fiddled around with my computer and it seems to be ok for now. Anyway, I'm doing fairly well on my eating plan. I also got back into working out, which is good. I'm thinking about doing the C25K program and trying to do an actual 5K around Thanksgiving. I'll try to get my husband to run it with me. He's running a half marathon in September, so a 5K shouldn't be any problem for him! Looks like you are all doing really well. Good job! How do the Biggest Loser challenges work? |
Good Morning Ladies!
Today I was back to 137, my starting weigh for this bootcamp,,, my 5 pound goal seems far away.. But at least I'm doing my workouts, so it may be muscles gaining and stuff like that.. lene1974 - I've already done 30 days of 30DS in June/July. That time I was killed by level 1. Now I'm repeating the levels doing 1-2-3-1-2-3 etc.. and level 1 is so much easier now :) wistfulgirl - The first time I jumped rope I couldn't do it for more than 5 minutes,, It was some year ago. Then I just add some minutes,, and it gets easier.. Asynchronous - I'm doing the hundred pushups program to, Right now on week 2, I will probaly repeat week 1 and 2 again so that I can do them completely real. Wonderwoman - Welcome! Just stay on track and I'm sure you'll reach your goal soon! I'm glad there are so many of you joining The Biggest Loser Challenge. The challenge really keeps me motivated, because I really don't want to post a gain and make it bad for my team :).. |
Hello All! Haven't checked in since the 10th! But I have been doing pretty well, and got a big whoosh at end of TOM yesterday b/c i was at 198.4! (On the 10th I was 200.2.)
But I was afraid it was a one-day wonder and it was: today 199.4. But I know I'm doing well--had TWO workouts on Sunday, and TWO yesterday (morning and evening). None on Monday though. And my food journaling has been keeping me on track with my calories so I know I haven't been eating too much. SO....onward and upward. (or should I say, downward) I have also signed up for TBL, and am still working on the C25K, and the new 5 lb. challenge that just started. The last 5 lb. challenge I lost 4.1, so of course I will continue. I have only been a member of 3FC for about a month, and since I started this, and the food journal, and stepped up my commitment to exercise and healthy eating, I've lost about 5.5 lbs. So I want to thank everyone for their postings and for continuing to inspire me--I am so happy to have found this online community! Keep up the good work! |
lene1974 - Thank you! I don't know that I'm going to hit the 10lb weight loss but then I don't think that was very realistic to begin with. I'm happy that I've lost a little though!
McKenziesmomma - Thanks for the info! I'll definitely be signing up for that one! I'm so excited! I hope everyone is doing great on their programs!! |
Theresia: Do you have a link or something to head me in the 100 push ups program direction. My fiance is in the military and when we work out together he's always tryng to make me do pushups.. WHICH I SUCK AT! hehe Woudl love to surprise him when he's back from deployment by busting out lots of pushups!! hehe

I lost my first 20 pounds using the cardio max. I think i'm gonna bust back into those dvds and im THINKING about the 30 day shred.. lol Sounds scary... yet... intriguing! I want to be strong :) Im just kind of scared of that lady... lol |

I hope I can still join in on this, even though there is only half a month left.
1. SHOOT AND SCORE! To make sure I continue exercising when I start school next week, I want to set a goal of 15 hours of exercise for the remainder of the month. That means I will have to do at LEAST 1 hour a day. 2. WORK! COVER GIRL!!! - Not to skip my morning jogs anymore, no matter how much I want to stay in bed. 3. COME ON IN THE WATER'S FINE! That's right - In order to get the great support from us girls you have to post! We don't know you're here if you're lurking! I want everyone to post at least 3 times a week! (for most of us that's not an issue! ) 4. YOU REAP WHAT YOU SOW - I am going to try to stop worrying so much and focus on how well I have done so far. 5. TODAY IS TOMORROW'S YESTERDAY! - I will plan ahead! 6. WITHOUT ENOUGH SLEEP WE ALL BECOME TALL TWO-YEAR-OLDS! - As a college student I need my sleep, so I am going to make sure I get plenty. 7. BALANCE, PEACE AND JOY ARE THE FRUIT OF A SUCCESSFUL LIFE! - I am going to get my budget figured out and stop worrying. |
thanks theresia... hah ai guess I could have figured that site's address on my own now that I see it! haha It pretty much speaks for itself!
And welcome, Moonring! Good luck with all of your goals! |
