Well, my company is gone, so it's time to get back into it! I don't remember where I was at the last weigh-in, but I'm definitely up (I think by 3 or 4 lbs!).

No change for me...I'm still at 245....but I'm starting SBD today! So I expect to meet my goal of 241 by end of the month....or at least by Friday. I'm also picking up my exercise today as I have been on a 5 day break :(
Alrighty...here we go! Darby - I won't know how I did on my test until 4-6 weeks from now..I feel very confident; however, usually when I feel good I don't do so well. I have to make a 159 to meet Tennessee's state standards! We will see I will let everyone know when I know....keep your fingers crossed! |

I never got a chance to weigh in the morning. I spent that night at our cottage. No scale there. I feel weird tho.. i'm so used to weighing in each morning for the challenge! hehe
Anyway... maybe I will see a bigger loss after two days of no-scaling it! hehe It's actually HOt and nice out today... I think that a swim is in order somewhere! |
ARGH.
I'm up to 168.2 today. Seriously now people!!! SERIOUSLY. I was at 163 on Saturday. I *know* I didn't eat enough to gain 5 lbs. Really. I ate a little over 2700 cals on Saturday and about 2000 on Sunday (my daily allowance is 1500). And I went to the gym and worked my a$$ off on Saturday. I can still feel it. I know I didn't eat 17,000 cals over maintenance. So it is all water and bloat - both from TOM and just eating salty food. BUT GEEZE-O-FLIP!!!!! Can't a girl get a break. I'm seeing my guy in 2 more weeks and this going *up* thing has to quit. :D Thanks for letting me rant. . |

Photochick, I'm in the same boat as you. Over-working and salt, yuck! I'm eating clean, and being good from here out. It's not worth it!
