    My digital scale is so wonky, so I'm gonna take the first thing it said today (152.8) with a grain of salt. I'm switching scales once this Biggest Loser challenge is over, so only a few more weeks of this uncertainty.

    I didn't weigh in today...I didn't run last night and I had crackers before bed (not too many) so I figured I'd be up today. I'm going to run again tonight and I'll weigh in tomorrow!!

    But I'm walking every day and drinking like a fish, and "cheat" free for 3 days (knock on wood). I picked up a piece of banana bread yesterday that "fell off" from the rest of the loaf, but luckily I had the will power to chuck it right in the trash can instead of in my mouth. I know that would have only lead to half the loaf! Maybe these 5 pound goals are just what I needed.
