I did a 7.08 miler this morning, and that will be my last run for June. Yay! I'm happy with the mix of running, biking, and swimming I'm doing, though it was hard to wean myself off all the run mileage.

I totally petered out at the end .... I'm at 88/100. Maybe I'll walk 12 miles tomorrow to make my goal :dizzy: :D !!
Congrats to everyone for such a great job this month. I think I'll be more realistic for July - maybe 75. When I make that, I can always set a new mini-goal, right? |

I wasn't sure when I signed up if I could make it or not, and I did it (with 25% more than I needed!!!) 65 miles! Not too bad, since 3 months ago I was doing nothing, and work full time with two young children. Yeeee-haw! |
3.9 this morning gives me a total of 116.26 for June! Wow! Didn't know I ran that much!
