My mother just left and I headed straight for the fridge and sweets. Totally compulsive.... I didn't do too much damage... now I have to just deal with the rest of the night.. it's just 5pm. |

Of course, that's easy for me to say, as I WAY overdid it yesterday after lunch with my mother. But I'm back on it today! And that's what you need to do. Just jump back into it and know you're strong! Don't let her undo all your good work! |

Yes, I am very happy, especially because I'm going to dominican republic in 3 weeks,, and I just had to have the license before that.. So this morning I found one last minute time.. And everything just went well with no mistakes.. So I got it, The person that controlled me was great to.. He was very nice and we spoke a lot. The others that I drove with didn't want to talk at all.. so they kinda scared me ... Now I am going to go and workout to lose one more pound until tomorrow.. (at least I will try :))

I'm new here as of last week. I love me some motivation, so I'll join up. I can GUARANTEE you that I won't win, though, because knowing myself as I do, I just can't get on the scale more than once a week. It's too much of a 'set-up' for me. My weigh in days are Wednsday morning, so I'll keep on an eye on you guys, and just "imagine" that I'm having daily weight loss like so many of you are!! Congrats to everyone.

hey girls! thanks for the advice, I think I will just say that I´m not feeling hungry and just focus on socializing with everyone. I just decided that it doesn´t matter what everyone thinks, I´m after all doing this for me! But anyways it´s been going good, except for yesterday I was feeling exhausted and only managed to do half of my workout but that´s better than nothing!, then I just went home and went early to bed, so I´m just gonna learn from that, that I need to go to bed earlier:smug:
anyways I weighed myself and I´m down 1 pound:D |

I'm down .5 lbs. So that brings me to:
SW-216 CW-215 GW-211 I'm not dropping very quickly, which I know is better for long-term weight loss, but it's frustrating as I'm used to losing it more quickly. Oh well, I'm hanging in there. I've been working out hard. I couldn't make myself work out twice a day, so now I work out twice as long once a day. I feel great afterwards, so it's all good. Theresia-congratulations on getting your license! Just keep swimming-You're so close! You'll get out of the 160's before you know it! Heather-how was the kayaking? That is something I've always wanted to try. BeckyC-welcome!
