Hi Willba3, welcome! It looks like you got the gist of our challenge but just in case, it is 13 pounds by the end of June and we are trying to be accountable for exercise and what we eat. Glad to have you as part of our challenge!

Well, yesterday I had PIZZA! and a whole 10inch pie with pineapples. Yes I know that because it is on a pizza it does not count as fruit. LOL
Well, I jumped on the trampoline yesterday for 629 jumps... I plan to do more today.... I am back on my special K challenge and plan to continue it all the way...

It is Tuesday and I plan to jump on the trampoline for 15min in 5 min intervals! I did this yesterday....... cant wait.....

New here too, aiming for ~170 by end of july, its 34 pounds, but I think it's do-able, with being very strict with myself. I want to be bikini ready for the summer. I'm playing soccer, hockey, and just started my new construction job. Excersize has never been the problem, just the food intake. I started fitday.com and i'm finding it REALLY helps me keep track of my intake. I'm taking in ~1200-1700kcal a day and burning ~3000kcal. We'll see what happens...

one step forward, one step back
 
Hi everyone, lost a pound last week, gained it back this week! Missed out reporting this on Friday, was working a deadline for my job, sorry. How is everyone else doing? I get to go to an eight-week long training in another city and will be all on my own, I am planning to use the time to be very strict about diet and exercise. I want to be down 20 pounds by the end of June. I can dream, can't I? LOL

Hello!
I'm a newbie as well and would like to take up the challenge! Since it's the middle of May I will make my stretch goal be 13lbs with my short goal of 8 lbs (heck by losing 5 lbs of water weight I should be right on track :-)) Thanks for being brave enough to get on the site and put yourselves out there. I will weigh in on Friday and report my progress. Healthy eating and more exercise - I have to tell myself it's about lifestyle and moderation - no quick fixes this time.

Ok well Hi everyone! I had joined Wed so now I am back again with a Clean start ......from wed till today i lost 7 pounds.....walking in the hot sun sure pays off and chasing a baby around all day i no right go me !!!
