I'm back!!
Hi all! :wave:
I slacked off a little bit last week. :o Not something I'm proud of...but it's the truth! I started off this week on a low note but I'm sick of my own SH&T so it's time to stop screwing around! :rollpin: My plan for this week is to cut out ALL snacks! Do some form of cardio at least 60 mins each day and to complete 30 mins of weight training/abs each day. It sounds like alot, but I'm one of those people that needs to aim high in order to get my butt moving! :dizzy: I hope everyone is working hard towards your own personal goals! Here's a :hug: from me to you. Hope it helps to remind you that you're not alone in the fight. |

Hi everyone!! Sorry I've been missing. Just been busy I guess. I did manage to work out 4 times last week. I got in lots of jogging/walking. I took Sunday off for my birthday party and took yesterday off...since that "was" my birthday. But now today...it is back to the gym. I am planning on getting at least 3 miles of jogging/walking (mostly jogging) in tonight. I am planning to go to the gym tonight, tomorrow and definately friday. Possibly even Saturday. Depends on where i stay friday night. If stay with my boyfriend or at my house. I dont' know yet. But anyways....I am definately ready to dedicate myself back to working out hard so that i can tone up.

:wave: everyone. Suffering from a exercise hangover so keeping it short. Well I was right, TOM screwed me over. I'm back up to my starting weight. Boo-hoo. It's a new week and I've started it off right. Let's hope I finish it right. Lots of cardio and water aerobics today. Kinda sleepy now. :yawn:
BTW, Enylove, what do you wanna do? Do you wanna come down here or I come up there or we meet somewhere? |

So...i went to the gym last night and got in 3 miles jogging and walking. Mostly jogging. I am really determined that i am going to tone up a size. Even if my weight doesn't change much, i am definately planning to see some difference in my butt and thighs and hopefully most of all....my mid-section. I was reading on my gym's bulleton board that for maximum fat burning....you should spend 140 minutes a week doing cardio. Well...if jogging is not cardio...i don't know what is. So...My goal is 15 miles a week and 140 minutes of cardio a week. |

I tried on a pair of 10's at H&M today (where I'm usually a 12) and they FIT. Well, kind of. They buttoned and zipped anyway. I would not say they were comfortable, but I'm getting there! I don't remember the last time I successfully fastened a pair of 10's (or owned a pair, for that matter), so I'm feeling pretty good. :carrot: |
HELP !!!
I am bummed out! My TOM is missing. I told DBF he better find it. My DD is getting on my nerves and my precious DGS is wearing me out. It is no way I am going to get this whole house done like I want by time I go back to work. I certainly had enough time but not enough energy. DBF and I did walk yesterday but could not complete a 5k. It was so nice and supportive of him to PUSH me to go walk no way I would have done it without him. Chicks I am just drained daily. My asmetha is cutting up like crazy so the doctor increased my meds and sware they won't make me fat. Must say I am doing better with food selection these days. ?: is there a such thing as low fat sherbert Oh yea, I got a YMCA application so I plan on getting a membership there and a personal trainer. I'm still around. I'm dealing with finals and finishing up papers, but it'll be over soon!! I started working out again, which will help a lot. I'm down 2 lbs, which puts me at 211.5. I dug around in my closet and found a cute top and skirt to aim for. I've never worn the skirt, but I think I bought it two summers ago. I'm aiming to wear it by the end of summer. Morning all!! So glad to hear that most of you are doing really well. Babygal...I hope you find your TOM!! Although sometimes i would like to lose mine, i don't care much for the consequences of having it lost!!
I did really well yesterday. I jogged 3 miles and walked one mile. I was sooooo exhausted by the time i got home last night. I am planning on hitting the gym again tonight. I might only do 3 miles tonight...have to play it by ear when i'm there. Hope everyone is ready for the weekend. |
i've been so exhausted lately... i think from my allergies. they make me feel so washed out.
sounds like some great successes going on at the moment - you gals rock! hopefully i'll have some positive posts coming up asap. i need to wear a bathing suit at the end of the month so i've got to get on the ball with this. |
Girls - Let me tell you - I have not been good. I haven't drank any water this week (until today) I had McD's more times then I can count.. oh except for dinner - that was fulfilled by pizza 3 nights this week. I did manage to make a good, healthy dinner 2 nights ago.. but other then that nothing!
I'm gaining weight back.. and I know it. I'm not proud or happy about it.. work is very demanding riight now - and things are just crazy. i don't know why when life hits me hard I give up on me first - but I do. |
