Good morning ladies! I'm just checking in on everyone. It looks like everyone has some great goals for the month! LET DO THIS!!!
I woke up early this morning and did a 10 min. yoga video to start my day off. I'm thinking I'm going to do this everyday - a short 10-15 workout in the morning to get my metabolism going. And then do a longer cardio at night.
I need to do this! I'm taking it one day at a time - but my goal is a MINIMUM of 120 mins a week. 110 to go!
