So that's 6 weeks to go? Let's start the Week 5 with a recap, shall we?I've been creeping ever upward to my all time high of 248 since Thanksgiving - Friday (not my w/i day) I weighed 234 . . . tonight @ the Y scale I was back down to 229 so anxious to get on my usual scale tomorrow for my ticker changing w/i of Mondays.
I think I've got a grip and am ready to put all the things that I KNOW but don't put into practice for the rest of the 6 weeks (and, ummmm, surely the rest of my LIFE?

I actually though it was broken because it seemed like it was slowing down. What I finally realized is that I was speeding up!! 
but I still may go after DH gets home. Making chicken fettichini for dinner not low cal, but will watch my serving size.
