argh, why the scale still up a pound? this is sooooo ******! I burning over 600 a day in calories exercising and eating like 1300.... AAAARGGGHHH

Rosario - yah it'll be good to get away, I do love some of them, but it'll be nice to be management and actually get days off. Are you on facebook? Cuz you should be, and you should add me as your friend! I have tons of pictures, and you can see what Josh looks like, and what I really look like - lol. The trial seperation has to be hard, but sometimes it's really good to get away, kinda keeps things strong. About every 2-3 years I go away for a while, I appreciate Josh more while I'm away. Also as I'm losing weight I am noticing I'm getting LESS bad clingy, and more good clingy, heh. Take the time, do good for yourself. You have to be the priority in your life.
Nikki - how are you doing over there? Did you get the book yet? Courtnie - hang in there! This will work, its got to! I would take some time off exercise, see how that feels, see how the scale reacts. Try try again! We'll do this, we have to do this. It's REALLLLY hot here, so I'm thinking of laying low today. I work at 5pm today, so it'll be good. I will come back in a bit and tell you all about what Josh and I did yesterday.. it was good.. but the phone is ringing! bbiab! -Aimee |
Aimee- I got the book read through it, I am tweaking a few thins based on that and going to see what happens. I lost 1 of the 2 lbs I gained last week. Should et my TOM any day so maybe after that I will have a nice loss.

So WI was Tuesday and I am up a pound. Pffft! I'm not worried though. That lb and two more will be gone next WI, guaranteed. :) |
My scale is up as well - but it also happened when I started spending more time outside in the heat - I'm gonna say water retention. It's reallllly cooled down here today, infact we left the beach early because it got all cloudy and cooler. I think I suceeded at going to the beach for the day and NOT getting a tan (skin damage = bad!). My bathingsuit is just not good, the bottoms like to fall down if I swim, not too good. I guess I have to search for a new one - that or sew these ones, heh.. I'm lazy.
Shari - 1 pound could easily be just a water fluctuation, I wouldn't be worried either. Keep plugging away, slow and steady wins the race! So with WW do any of you have a cheat meal? The other day I had a bad dinner, pizza, evil evil pizza - it was good going down though! I haven't counted it because I think I may have screwed myself for the entire week if I do. -Aimee |

I really hope my scale is down tomorrow... I havent exercise much in the last few days and I am toying with the idea of doing it tonight... but I think that generlly makes the scale higher in the morning - I had sushi today as well so that wont help at all! |
Yikes - bad night! I had a rough night of eating, it was just too much. Anyways, tomorrow is a new day, and I am DETERMINED to keep at it. Normally at this point I quit, so I'm really not going to stop - just gotta keep going. We get paid tomorrow and have to do some serious grocery shopping, the key to WW for me is tons of fruits and veggies.

I'm going out tonight with friends from work tonight, and I've saved all my flex points for tonight, and I am so excited!
Does anyone else get like that? Excited about food? I started a yoga/pilates class at the gym that I really like. Since it's a class I think I might be more motivated to go every week. The heat here is making outdoor running nearly impossible! So the class will hopefully help make up for that. Does anyone have myspace? Let's be friends! |
Aimee ~ Sometimes I have a cheat meal and sometimes I have a cheat day. As long as that day doesn't turn into a week, everything is gravy. :)
Court ~ Congrats sweetie! Nikki is right, a loss is a loss. Jen ~ I get excited about food too! At least food that I usually don't have. Like yesterday, I had my cheat day and took my little brother and friend Kittie to a fab Chinese buffet. They have a REAL sushi bar there too! It was fantastic! Oh and I have myspace too! |
was camping again this weekend, hope I see a loss this week anyway. Scale was up 1.2 pounds today - but thats not bad esp since I had a big spaghetti dinner and its TOM - so hopefully I didnt do too badly!

Hey Gals!! It was a ROUGH week for me, but I ended today with having 34 points - which is REALLY good compared to the amounts I've been having this last week, it was horrible, but I wrote it all down, its better to have the whole truth out. It was a pretty stressful week, and this upcoming one is going to be stressful as well, less so than last week though. I started the new job today, it didn't go very smoothly. I felt like I knew nothing, which is partly true. But also the person in charge of training me isn't organized, and my last store's assistant manager didn't send off all the paperwork. So lots has to happen this week! Phew, I hope it gets better. I look forward to knowing things.
Alright, enough of that - I am planning to have a nice loss next week, am thinking the scale will be up tomorrow, because of TOM and lack of sleep. So I don't think I'll count it, since it won't be a true reading. I better get to bed, I have another big day tomorrow. come out and play everyone!! -Aimee |

Sorry I have been MIA. I had an emergency situation I had to take care of with my boyfriend. I have been out of town sti am until tomorrow. My eating hasn't been the best because I have only been eating one meal a day and drinking lots of diet soda and coffee to keep the adrenaline going and handle what I need to handle. I won't weigh in this week until friday. Jen- How was the night out? I do get excited about food sometimes so I understand. Shari- I hope all is well by you . Courtnie- TOM stinks. I am sure that 1.2 wil disappear with it. Aimee- Hopefully the paper work ill get straightened out and you will actually get some training.
