I lost 15 lbs in February and I was 175, then I gained 20 back since then
Im just counting calories and trying to shift around in some kind of exercise
whenever I try low carb diets my body goes all crazy on me 








I understand the sagging pants thing, I have 16's that kinda sag around the waist but today I wore 14's and they hurt my stomach a little, but it helped motivate me today!
