There is a common thread I keep seeing here... many people (and believe me I DO understand!!) tend to have too many negatives in their vocabulary when it comes to their journey. I would really, really love to have people join me in a positive self-talk challenge for the month of March.
So, what does one have to do to participate? Well, it's simple really - you can have any goal you want and you have to be POSITIVE about it. That means no "I'll try"s or "I hope I..."s or "If I'm lucky..." rather flat out positive statment + your goal.
For example: I WILL exercise every day for at least 20 minutes. That means any kind of exercise. I know I WILL do it, because I CAN do it, because I am STRONG, FIT and HEALTHY. I WILL lose a minimum of 2KG or almost 5lbs. I WILL lose it because I know I CAN do it.
Also, I would love to hear examples of daily accomplishments - accomplishments such as "I was thinking I failed BUT I turned it around because I CAN do this" or "I didn't binge even though I was stressed because I KNOW binging is not what I really want. I took a walk instead" Does that make sense?
I find it makes such a HUGE difference to stop the negative talk and add the positive. It takes a little while to get used to, but honestly, it is so incredibly worth it. I find also that most of us "battle" (I find that a negative word, but everyone is different
) ourselves more than anything... it's not the stress or the time (or lack there of!!) or any past "failures". To beat ourselves at our own mind game = winning the weight loss game!Who is with me? All things are possible when you put your POSITIVE mind to it!

AWESOME!!
What can and will I do today to make progress? and this week? and sure enough , my plan is in place and I feel great again! So now my energy in not negative or in the past such as this past week, but in today, in tomorrow, and this week.
