Hello,
I am going to visit my sister at the end of the month-November. She and I used to work out/ walk together until she moved a "short" 9 hour drive away...and last spring she lost 35 lbs...while I gained....
so I am also planning to go visit her over spring break (middle of March) and want to lose
at least 35 lbs by then (to catch up to her!! lol) plus she has always been smaller so it would be nice to lose 50-which would be great! but we will start w/ 35 for now (
) anyone want to help push me to that goal? Thanks!
